Contract

The purchase of ANY puppy is subject to the following terms and conditions.

All puppies are sold as pet quality only. We make no guarantees of being able to show, breed, weight or height as adults. Puppies are sold as is in regards to color, weight, size.

Shot Records: All puppies sold by us will come with current shots up to 8 weeks, deworming and health certificate (when puppies are delivered via air or commercial ground delivery service). The new owner is expected to continue the vaccination as prescribed by their vet. A shot record is included with each puppy. No puppy will be replaced that fails to have the proper veterinary care.

Initial Exam: All puppies must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 3 business days of purchasing the puppy. A copy of the exam (not the bill) must be mailed to: Natacha Cressel 560 South Craig View Drive Harrisburg, MO 65256 within 30 days of purchase date for any guarantee can be valid. Guarantee starts at the date of actual purchase. If the puppy is examined and is determined by your veterinarian not to be merchantable at the time of purchase, you may return the puppy for a replacement puppy if available. Can take up to a year or more. However this is not most cases. A phone call and a veterinary statement would be required. The return shipping will be paid by the buyer. Congenital or Hereditary Defects: We give a 1 yr guarantee against life threatening defects limited to, heart, lungs, liver. If there is found to be one of these type of defects the puppy and registration papers would have to be returned before a replacement can be made. If the puppy is euthanized, due to heart, liver, or lungs, you will be given a replacement puppy upon receiving a veterinary statement and a phone call from the veterinarian. Replacement puppies can take up to a year or more and are not covered under the guarantee. One exercised guarantee per person per lifetime. All shipping charges will be paid by the buyer, the return of the old puppy and shipment of the new puppy. No puppies will be replaced if euthanized because of pneumonia, hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, giardia, dehydration, or hernias. A puppy that has problems and is euthanized due to stress because of over-under weight, over-under-exercised will not be replaced. Puppies who do not weigh according to AKC standards please see below.

Death: In case of death, an autopsy stating the cause of death would be required before a replacement can be made. Can take up to 1 yr. No money is ever refunded. No replacement can be made until the registration papers are returned. No puppy is covered that dies of pneumonia, hypoglycemia, coccidiosis, giardia, dehydration or hernias. A puppy that dies because of complications due to stress because of over-under weight, over-under-exercised will not be replaced. The buyer will pay for all shipping charges of the replacement puppy.

We are not responsible for any contagious conditions or diseases once a puppy leaves our control. We follow strict federal and state breeding standards. All efforts are made to insure your puppy is healthy when you take possession of him/her.

This guarantee is void if puppy is bred before it reaches 12 months old.

This contract is for the person purchasing the puppy. It is null and void if transferred to another person.

In the event that this guarantee is exercised it would be subject to the availability of another litter. It can take up to 1 year or more.

You agree that the sale is made in the state of Missouri no matter where you may be viewing or having the puppy shipped.

You agree to the terms and conditions when you purchase a puppy from us.

Puppies must receive initial veterinary examination within two days of arrival at new home. A passing / favorable exam relinquishes Tasha’s Puppy’s from liability for any illness’s not outlined in this agreement.

Shipping

Delay of Shipment: We reserve the right to not ship any puppy that we feel that is not ready. Other causes of delay would be, weather, acts of nature, family emergencies, such as sickness, or other members of the family that would require me to be there. You as the buyer should know we are not a big company and sometimes things happen that causes delay. The airport is two hours from us and we have had such problems as flat tires, car breaking down, weather problems. We simply schedule it for another day. See cancellation option below.

Cancellation option: The deposit will be forfeited (if applicable) and a 10% cancellation fee of the total purchase price will apply.

Other Cancellation: A puppy that fails a vet check and the puppy cannot be shipped, you have the option of either waiting for your puppy to pass the vet check, picking another puppy or a complete refund including the deposit.

Other guarantee: We do guarantee our puppies to arrive safely when traveling either by plane, ground, or personal transport. If they fail to arrive safely please contact us with your concern and if applicable a replacement puppy will be made. Shipping expenses would be paid by the buyer
